REGLAMENTO PARA LA VENTA DE MARBETES EN EL PROCESO DE INSCRIPCIÓN DE EMBARCACIONES A TRAVÉS DE ENTIDADES COLABORADORAS, PROMULGADO POR EL DEPARTAMENTO DE RECURSOS NATURALES Y AMBIENTALES

The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, pursuant to Section 2.1 of Act No. 170 of August 12, 1988, as amended, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”, publishes this Notice for the above Regulation.

The purpose of this Regulation is to implement the provisions of Act No. 430 of December 21, 2000, as amended, known as the “Ley de Navegación y Seguridad Acuática de Puerto Rico” (Act), related to the sale of license stickers in the process of renovating boat inscriptions throughout private entities.

The text of the proposed Regulation will be available during working days and hours, in the Commissioners Office, Eight Floor of the Dr. Cruz A. Matos Building, located at Sector El Cinco, carretera núm. 8838 Km. 6.3 Río Piedras, Puerto Rico.
